1. OUR COMMITMENT

1.1 Brother Moon Glamping is committed to providing an accessible, welcoming, and inclusive experience for all guests, regardless of disability, age, cultural background, or any other characteristic.

1.2 We recognise our obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) and the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld), and we strive to ensure that our accommodation, website, and services are accessible to everyone.

1.3 We believe that every guest deserves to enjoy our glamping experience with dignity and independence, and we are committed to continuously improving accessibility across all aspects of our business.

2.1 We aim to make our website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, as recommended by the Australian Human Rights Commission.

3.1 We are committed to providing clear and accurate information about the physical accessibility of our glamping sites so that guests can make informed booking decisions.

4.1 We will make reasonable adjustments to our services and facilities to accommodate guests with disability or specific access needs, where it is practicable to do so.

4.2 Requests for adjustments can be made at the time of booking or by contacting us directly. We will respond to all requests promptly and in good faith.

4.3 Where a requested adjustment is not possible, we will explain why and, where we can, suggest alternative options.
