You'll be asked to enter the number of km beyond 20km during booking. 2-night stay: Check-in 3:00pm • Check-out 11:00am (2 days later). Stay length: 2 nights. Booking time is for check-in only (3:00–3:15pm).
Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can prepare your luxury glamping experience to the highest standard, we kindly ask that all bookings be made at least two (2) weeks in advance, subject to availability. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any booking cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made more than 48 hours before your scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund of monies paid. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your booking will result in the booking deposit being retained. Guests who fail to arrive for their booking without prior notice (no-show) will be charged the full booking amount, and no refund will be provided. If you need to amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes where availability permits.
